Edward St. Joseph started writing in early adolescence and completed his first short-story in the 3rd grade. Throughout the scholastic years Edward pursued a variety of interests: literature, poetry, religion, philosophy, and psychology, among other fields. He would leave college due to the disenchantment found in the lack of creative freedom with institutions of higher education.
The years that followed for Edward were occupied by an extraordinarily nomadic lifestyle of self-discovery and personal enlightenment. His journey would eventually lead him back to the arts; especially his love for writing and acting. Recently Edward and other colleagues published the Fall Edition of The Rio Review where he was: Editor of Non-Fiction, Assistant Editor of Art Direction, and also published in the journal. Several of his monologues and one-act plays were performed in the 2007 and 09 productions of Into the West.
Currently, Edward is finishing up his script The Benefits of Condiments, and also working on a collection of contemporary horror -fantasy-fiction short stories entitled Midnite after Dawn : 3 Tales from the Other Side
